Geological features |
Big mountain ridges standing on white sandy bottom whose depth 20 - 30m are covered with corals. Manta rays have hovering on around top of the ridges. |

Manta rays have hovering on around top of the ridges to be cleaned parasites on their bodies by small fish. So divers occupied there, they never have hovering. |
Two |
Never chase manta rays, a few divers with camera are seen to dash to them. This wrong action makes them escape from our sights. They also realize hovering divers at same level as obstructions, so all divers should be located below hovering manta rays and gaze up at them. |

Pay attention to your guide, especially the direction which they point out you can watch manta rays very soon. |

Do not forget about your safety control into the water, in summer so many diving boats from not only Ishigaki island but other islands are coming here. As you never be lost your way into the water, everytime pay attention to your guide with your buddy. Of course, never forget to check your air pressure! |
